Synopsis

The Legion meets Winath's official representative for the Legion - Spark, twin sister of Live Wire. The Legion is surprised Live Wire is being replaced by his own government, until they learn that he's marked as an official runaway. President Chu doesn't care which Winathian stays on the team, as long as the Legion picks just one. Frustrated by the situation, Live Wire flies off the handle when he catches a meta named Ultra Boy spying on the Legion and his sister with his x-ray vision. The pair get into a tussle, causing property damage until other Legionnaires can break up the two. Seeing the destruction he's caused and feeling he does more harm than good, Live Wire solves the Winathian problem for the Legion by quitting.
